Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious! I marinated the chops for about a day and a half. I seared the chops on both sides, then seared the sides. Cooking in the oven for just 5 minutes was rare. Keith wanted them in for another 5 minutes - which is med rare plus (larger chops) med (smaller chops). I also tried the cucumber/tomato salad separate from the dipping sauce, but decided to combine them, to create more of a vinaigrette veggie dip.
