- 4 cloves garlic (grated or minced Preferably grated with a microplane)
- 1 large lemon (zested and juiced)
- 3 Tbsp. pinot grigio (I usually use, chardonnay, or sauvignon blanc)
- 1 tsp. chilies (crushed, Add more chilies if you like more heat!)
- cracked black pepper
- kosher salt
- chopped parsley (Fresh)
