I cut 2 - 6oz. Salmon steaks in half, squeezed the zoodles with paper towels to absorb the moisture while draining in a colander, added red pepper flakes, and went with Sriracha. Otherwise followed the recipe. Made it for the hubby, he loved it! Perfect healthy low-carb meal.

Delicious and easy. This will return as a regular in our weeknight dinner rotation. I used spiraled frozen zucchini instead of fresh, which cut down on time even more. I cooked the zucchini separately in a sauce pan first, strained the water, and then sautéed in the butter/lemon sauce.

Kind of bland. We’ve recently fallen in love with zucchini noodles, and have been experimenting a lot with cooking salmon well. I didn’t feel this “sauce” had much flavor

My husband loved this! I tossed some pasta in with the zucchini for him, as he is a pasta fiend. I added onions and grape tomatoes as well. Instead of parsley I used basil because it is what I had on hand. I also used coconut oil instead of butter. Definitely will make this again.

Really liked this one. Next time I will add more lemon juice and a little more hot sauce.

The recipe turned out well. Individually, each component was decent. However, when you take a bite with some zucchini and some salmon, that’s the real treat! The lemon takes well to the zucchini and, coupled with the salmon, imparts much deeper and more well-rounded flavor to the bite.

was really good, hard to keep the salmon in one piece when flipping it though.

I thought this had a very mild and below average flavor. I prepped the fish with a dusting of Kosher salt and let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours, then seasoned half with McCormick's Lemon Pepper and the other half with McCormick's Garlic Pepper to test some seasonings. Like another reviewer, I used the juice and zest from one lemon which provided a strong citrus flavor - maybe too strong. I can't imagine how bland it would be without the additional seasonings. Also, with no mention of the temperature for cooking, I guessed at a medium high setting and found that gave a nice crispness to the surface of the fish without over cooking the interior. The 2-4 minute per side cooking time is ridiculously short by about 15 minutes. In the end, I'd suggest you choose another recipe.

Amazing turn out! Didn’t have the Zucchini noodles but I made do with normal noodles and actually loved it

My husband said it was in the top 5 best dishes he’s ever eaten— homemade or restaurant. He absolutely adored it and wolfed down every bite. Helped that it’s fairly healthy too! I added a little bit more NANDO’s Peri Peri hot sauce and a teaspoon extra butter because the zucchini noodles looked dry...it was not necessary so next time I will stick to the recipe. Although my hubby loved the extra spice evidently!
