Directions

1. Mix eggs, egg yolks, milk, sugar and butter.
2. Add lemon peel and lemon juice and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
3. Let cool and place in a sterile jar. Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
