  • 2 eggs
  • 125 grams lemon yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 300 grams superfine sugar
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
    2. In a bowl, mix the sunflower oil and sugar. Slowly add a pinch of salt, the eggs and yogurt. Beat for 5 minutes, and then add the lime zest and lime juice. Beat again.
    3. Pour the batter into a cupcake pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
