- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon (baking emulsion)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream (this is what makes for a super creamy whipped consistency)
- 1 tsp. lemon (baking emulsion, extract can be substituted)
- 1 drop egg (yellow coloring)
