These are delicious. I added the zest from 1 lemon to punch up the citus flavour and used low-fat vanilla yogurt instead of oil, simply because I had some to use. The muffins turned out light and full of citrus flavour. I will definitely make these again. I also added a small amount of homemade cranberry sauce to the top and pushed it into the muffin top as an added treat.

they were ok. i dolliwed the recipe and found there was too much baking powder. i will not make ygem again
