    1. Equipment: large pan for chicken, small pot for orzo, grater, strainer
    2. In your small pot, add water and season heavily with salt. Once the water is boiling, add the orzo to the pot.
    3. Place your large pan over high heat. Grab your chicken thighs and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Drizzle the pan with olive oil and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken thighs to the hot pan.

Great dish, yummy sauce even without the added 2 Tbsp. Butter. Used chunks of chicken breast instead of thighs since its what I had on hand.

Everyone liked it! The orzo was salty, made even more so i think by the feta, but all in all it was a good meal. Salt is easy to adjust, as is the amount of feta! The chicken was great!

Delicious - the recipe has white wine as optional but I think it’s necessary to cut through the acidity.

Not bad, a bit too sour.

It was very easy, quick and tasty, but the ingredients seem a bit off... 14 chicken thighs and 14 garlic cloves and just 1/2 oz of cheese for 4 ppl?? Family loved it!

Used a different pasta as local shops didn’t have orzo/risoni, added paprika and fresh dill to it too. Oh and used 4 lemons (cause you can never have too much!) - was delicious!!! Goes great with steamed broccoli. Will definitely make regularly.

This was so yummy! Made this for my boyfriend and I and it turned out perfect. Didn’t have white wine and used regular chili powder instead of aleppo chili powder, but still tasted great. One of my new faves! :)

was good and easy. still think 7 thighs for 2 servings is incorrect. also dont know why you need to save garlic skins
