Love all the flavors in this recipe. I’ve used coconut cream in the past, but used heavy cream instead this last time, since I didn’t have any coconut cream on hand. Used twice as much broth and just cooked it down to reduce and thicken it.

Very good! I had some missteps (poured the cream before the broth and lemon) but it still turned out delish! Will definitely make this again… correctly!

This was very good. Made it even better using boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts. Outstanding flavor.
