I make this whenever someone is sick and they always feel better. I add a bit of fresh grated ginger and some lemon zest and it makes it even more delicious. Occasionally I will swap the orzo and chicken for chicken tortellini if I’m in a rush.

Truly delightful. It was delicious, and I really enjoyed making it! I used jasmine rice instead of orzo. My family was all sick when I made it, and we all were feeling a lot better the next day! I don't care that it's summer, I'll be making this again very soon.

Pretty good. Easy to make. I used leftover grilled chicken. Probably wouldn’t bother to make again.

Only had bone in drumsticks, so I baked in the oven until tender. Followed the recipe, adding the chicken the same time I added the orzo.. Not a big rosemary fan so I left it out.. The soup was delicious. Will make again!

very tasty, however, I doubled the amount of chicken and used a whole cup of orzo.

I toned down the thyme and rosemary and added a dash of cayenne pepper... I’ve made it 4 times now and it’s a huge hit!!! Love this adult version of classic chicken soup!!

I think this soup has curative properties. Awesome if you have a cold, or even just on a cold day!

So simple but sooo much flavor! Fresh herbs and lemon juice really take this soup to the next level. Just amazing. Will make again.

Amazing! The lemon really sets it off. This helped my boyfriend and I get over a nasty cold.

Loved this recipe, only added some extra lemon juice. Had Christmas Eve lunch, guests loved it and ate all of it.

very yummy, will make again, nice to have minimal clean up as most is done in the pot and plenty of leftovers
