Used all whole wheat flour and doubled the recipe to make a bundt cake - worked wonderfully. Very nice lemony flavor, ehich combines beautifully with the cooconut flavor of the oil.
The link to the actual instruction on the website is broken but I used common prep flow, and baked at 350 for 50 min.
