- 1 cup non dairy milk (favorite, I use coconut)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (I use So Delicious Plain Coconut Milk Yogurt)
- 1/4 cup butternut squash (frozen, or pumpkin cubes)
- 1 lemon (washed, chunked, and seeded)
- 1/2 banana (ripe)
- 2 Tbsp. raw cashews (or 1-2 tablespoons gelatin for a nut-free/AIP variation)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional,omit for AIP)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut butter (or oil)
- stevia (or honey to taste, I use around 8 drops usually)
