- 4 lemons (grate the yellow part of the lemon peel)

- 6 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup soy yogurt (natural, I used one Alpro yogurt)
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (3 lemons)
- 1/2 cup sugar (fine)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. potato starch
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch turmeric (for color, optional)
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
