I used butter but waited to add the garlic until the fish was mostly cooked. It’s a simple, easy recipe. Will make again.

Absolutely do not use butter and throw it and the garlic in at the beginning. The butter will burn before the fish is done; use olive oil. Garnishes go in at the end. It comes out well only if you know better, so not the best for beginners that don’t know much about cooking.

So simple and easy, I didn’t have fresh lemons on hand so I added a little lemon juice and it came out great!
