I used 1 lemon for the juice and zest. Otherwise, the recipe was easy and delicious!

For this recipe, definitely use one lemon for the juice and zest instead of 2, another thing that I do which the recipe doesn't tell you is to reserve some pasta water to marry the garlicy butter sauce with the pasta. I usually reserve half a cup. Use the pasta water as needed. My family loves it!

It was ok. Way too lemony. I think 1 or even half a lemon would have sufficed but 2 (what the recipe called for) was over kill. I added a little heavy whipping cream to make it creamier (which it did 👍🏻) and some shredded mozzarella to try and help diffuse the lemon. Although the lemon flavor was still overwhelming.

Great! My family loved it. I did not have any wine, so I used some of the pasta water. Seasoned to taste. I also added some shredded parmesan and tossed, before serving.
