    the turned out well but the batter is more sticky than id like. it works well if you do 3 cups of flour instead of 2 1/2

    Very nice biscuits. I used 5 fresh lemon rind grated and juice from 3 of those lemons. Which made a soft mixture which I then piped into buisciuts.

    These are bland...and i added to the recipe. Don't waste your butter, sugar, and flour on this. I added a little lemonade and lemon extract because I didnt have lemons. However the texture is a real nice slight crispy and very soft inside...that's the only thing this recipe has going for it.

    I used the recipe with the butter. I also added the lemon extract. They came out really good. Nice lemon flavor with a touch of sweet from the powdered sugar.

    They are ok, they have a very subtle lemon flavor and not sweet really. It’s a very bland cookie. We felt it tasted like a very dense pound cake.

    Nice texture, but as other reviewers stated, they are not lemony enough. I added more zest, additional lemon juice as well as lemon extract, but the flavor didn't seem to pop as I would have liked.

    My boyfriend and I loved these! I didn’t have lemon zest, so i just added a lot of extra lemon juice. They’re beautiful. Thanks for the recipe!

    They tasted great. However, I messed up and forgot to press them with a fork so they were little ball cookies (Oops!). I did one lemon worth of lemon juice to get a stronger flavor

    Turned out great. Next time I’ll add a bit more lemon juice. I added 1/2 tsp cardamom to the powdered sugar to see if it would taste good. I think I’ll try the next batch with a full tsp in the batter and none in the powdered sugar. Made 3 dozen.

    Great! Very soft and crumbly. I would also like to try them with a bit more sugar in the dough - in stead of dusting them with powdered sugar after baking - for extra crispyness on the outside. Overall great foulproof recipe! They didn't last very long :)
