I used wild cod making this recipe along with fresh parsley and fresh Italian oregano. Preparation and baking was easy. Fish cooked perfect but personally my husband and I have determined we prefer our cod fried. I will try this recipe again using salmon instead of a white fish. Photo taken prior to putting into oven.
