I used frozen cod and was not impressed with it. Now it could be because the fish was not fresh, but the taste overall was just meh.....

I browned it in a skillet and finished it off in the oven. It was easy and delicious, but could have used some garlic.

So easy and So good. In my opinion, it almost tastes like crab. I won’t make cod any other way.

It didnt look as good as your photo but it was delicious! I paired it with some steamed brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. So flavorful that there was no need for anything like tartar sauce.

The flavor was really good and this was a very easy dish to make. However, the fish needed to be baked longer. Took 45 minutes to an hour.

Moist and great buttery lemon taste

I used smoked paprika instead of regular. We felt this recipe lacked flavor and the flour made a soft coating. We prefer a crunchy coating so would not make this recipe again.

it was good, I'd add a little more lemon juice and take out on the oven 20 degrees early to fry so that you get a crispee finish

We loved this recipe. Fish came out cooked perfect and flavored just enough. Will definitely do this one again.

The breading texture was mushy. Otherwise, the flavor was okay.

My husband and I loved this, just as it is! Perfect!! I did dry my cod with paper towels before coating and baking, was not mushy or too mush flour for us.

too much flower. maybe just a light coat next time because it made a mushy coating that none of us liked

Terrible! Someone had previously mentioned about the white pastey coating (from the flour) and I couldn't agree with them more. Someone else had mentioned that they put it under the broiler. That didn't work either. Skip this one!

It was ok. I would recommend using breadcrumbs instead of flour to give it more crispiness. Also may want to season breadcrumbs with more than just salt and pepper.
