- 2 tsp. lemon zest (from 1-2 medium lemons)
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups blueberries fresh (or frozen, if frozen, make sure they are thawed and drained, see note)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 2 oz. cream cheese (very soft)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
