They were delicious... I substituted with skim milk and all purpose flour and they were still light and fluffy.

These turned out sooooo good! I doubled the recipe to host a Thanksgiving breakfast for our neighbors after Hurricane Maria. Made the batter the night before and added the blueberries to each pancake in the morning when I cooked them. Will definitely be making this recipe again. ♡
