Wonderful recipe with many helpful tips and tricks for even novice bakers! The cake is light, springy, lemony, moist and delicious and the sweetness shines through the cream cheese icing! Only giving 4 stars because it did not seem to hold up after refrigerating and the cake became quite dense.

I’m not sure I tried to print the recipe because I like paper recipes better. Instead of this one recipe I have printed your blog and a bunch of pictures and even other recipes I did not ask for. The pink print tab at the top of the actual recipe doesn’t work. I’m still waiting for the actual recipe to print.
