A really good recipe. Crispy on outside, yet tender inside. Subtle on the lemon flavour but delicious. I used buttermilk substitute (used 1 and 2/3 cup milk mixed with 2tbs white vinegar). Worked perfectly. Made 9-10 waffles...good size batch. Will make again.
