I am recently dairy, soy, & tree nut free, so I have desperately been on the lookout for a pesto recipe that meets all of those needs but is still tasty and delicious. This recipe is exactly that! Super simple and easy to make too. This is an excellent and delicious recipe despite the fact that it doesn't have pinenuts or cheese in it. I'm seriously in love with it, and I can't wait to have my family try it :-) I honestly think it's even better than the original! Never going back.
