- 65 grams sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lemon
- 60 grams butter
- 100 grams plain flour
- 90 grams ground almonds
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 85 grams butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 125 mL buttermilk
- 200 grams blueberries
- 1 lemon
- 25 grams flaked almonds
- 2 lemons
- 65 grams sugar

Directions
- Preheat an oven to 170°C. Line a 20cm square tin with parchment paper.
- First make the crumb topping. Add the flour, sugar, salt and lemon zest to a bowl. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the dry mixture. Using a fork break up the butter until it is incorporated throughout the mixture in pea sized lumps. Loosely cover and place in the freezer.
- For the cake, first combine the dry ingredients. In a large bowl add the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg and mix together.
