- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 12 oz. tomatoes (whole)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix (dehydrated)
- 24 oz. vegetable juice (cocktail)
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Sauce: Heat oil in large skillet; add meat and cook, breaking up with wooden spoon. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauce mix, and vegetable juice.
- Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes
- Cover the bottom of an oiled baking dish with a thin layer of meat sauce. Then add a layer of meat sauce. Then add a layer each of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese, and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with meat sauce.
- Set on a jelly roll pan and cover casserole tightly with heavy duty aluminum foil. . Bake at 350 for 1 hour
