- 7 oz. salmon (leftover cooked, you could also use one can of salmon, although of course fresh cooked salmon is best)
- 1 cup celery (cut into 1/4 inch slices)
- 1/4 cup green onion (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. greek yogurt (fat free, I used Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt)
- 2 Tbsp. mayo (or light mayo, do not use fat free)
- fresh lemon juice (2-3 tsp., I used 3 tsp., but I like sour flavors)
- celery seed (1/2 tsp.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (vege-sal, or use slightly less regular)

The dressing is Amazing! Made my own Beau Monde (simple). Very good. Going to make a batch of just that dressing now.
