- 5 cups turkey stock (or Broth, Chicken stock can also be used, and in a pinch, even water will do)
- 2 cups heavy cream (Use milk to lighten up the recipe)
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 onion (– small diced)
- 2 rib celery (– small diced)
- 1 carrot (medium sized, – small diced)
- 1 clove garlic (– minced)
- 1/2 cup wild rice (raw unbroken, or 1 cup cooked wild rice)
- 2 cups turkey meat (diced leftover)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (– chopped)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (– chopped)
- 4 fresh parsley (springs, to garnish, optional)
- salt
- pepper
