Delicious. I want to cook turkey more frequently and have leftovers just so I can make this soup afterwards.

I didn’t use mushrooms, but Trader Joe’s Multipurpose umami seasoning with extra marjoram and lemongrass

This was excellent. I used a homemade turkey stock for the base and then made th soup. I loved it. Made a double batch because I was using it for youth group. Not a drop left.

This is a great recipe. I added more vegies, stock and water than the recipe called for and it was still rich and hearty. I also used skim milk instead of half and half. My husband doesn't usually like turkey noodle soup but he really liked this one.

I thought it was absolutely YUMMLY! Since I did not get any leftover turkey...just substituted chicken thighs (fried them first). Added grated potato for thickening (instead of flour), used Liquid Aminos (instead of Soy Sauce). A handful of parsley instead of Thyme. Thanks Debbie for sharing....Delicious!
