A little time consuming to make, but a great use of thanksgiving leftovers.

You didn’t mention how much flour to use. I use a little over 1/8 of cup. I didn’t have fresh mushrooms so I used can and reg onion instead of leeks. It came out great. You definitely need to use a 9 inch baking dish.
