I really liked this. I made it exactly to the directions but accidentally left the corn out! Still good. Not a big hit with the kids though.

On the first day, the chili is very flavorful however it doesn't have that "hearty heaviness" as regular chili so I felt like I needed to serve it with something to make it a complete meal. I used chopped meat from our leftover deep-fried turkey versus ground turkey. Usually chili is better on the 2nd day on after all of the flavors meld together. If so then this rating could easily be changed to include more stars.
