Description
This pizza recipe uses the best of Thanksgiving leftovers: cranberry sauce, turkey and roasted vegetables. Feel free to substitute any of your favorite Thanksgiving leftovers instead. It can be prepared 2 ways: with 2 Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts, prepared according to package directions or 1 (10oz) can refrigerated pizza dough.

- 2 gluten free pizza crusts (prepared according to package directions or 1, 10oz can refrigerated pizza dough)
- cranberry sauce (Prepared)
- 1 1/2 cups turkey (chopped, skinned)
- 1 1/2 cups brussel sprouts (prepared, roasted)
- 1 cup acorn squash (prepared roasted)
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese (sliced thin and cut in half)

Directions
- Preheat oven 400 degrees (if using gluten-free crust, use the recommended temperature on the box).
- Place parchment paper on baking sheet
- If using regular pizza crust, roll dough into a 10-inch circle on a lightly floured surface then place it on the baking sheet and crimp edges with fingers to form a rim.
