- 2 cups prime rib roast (1/4" cubed)
- 2 cups potatoes (1/4" cubed, we used yukon gold)
- 1/2 cup yellow onion (minced)
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. ground sage
- 1/8 tsp. tarragon
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup milk (we used 1/8 c milk, and the remainder 1/8 c au jus)
- 2 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
- 4 large eggs (4 = 1 per person, use more if you prefer)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)
