My leftover boneless pork chops made this soup taste very flavorful. And I so love kale, so this ingredient definitely made the soup delish!

I made this to use up pressure cooked country style pork ribs. I thought the herbs sounded excessive, but i used them all. Wouldn't change a thing!! Hubby and I both loved it.
