We liked this a lot. I always end up throwing away leftover lamb and I feel horrible about it. I added tomatoes based on another recipe I read. I saw a previous review after I cooked and saw they added carrots. I could see that being a plus. My teenagers thought this would be good vegetarian, just adding more veggies.

I hate figuring what to do with leftover lamb. It isn’t a meat one wants the day after. Intrigued by this recipe, I gave it a whirl last night. Delicious! Did not have all the ingredients on hand so had to use dry coriander and no almonds. I added sliced carrots to temper the spice. Next time I might throw in sultanas.
