Delicious! My picky 9 year old even loved it! I swapped out frozen spinach for fresh and sprinkled Panko crumbs on top for a crispy top crust. So good!

Pleasantly surprised with how good this was and everyone liked it. I used 1.5 cups of shredded swiss and 0.5 cup cheddar, because that's what I already had on hand. Otherwise I stuck to the instructions. Yum!
