Had leftover ham and cabbage, so naturally I chose this recipe. I’m not a huge fan of cabbage, but the rest of the household enjoys it (my husband LOVES it!). I honestly wasn’t expecting to like this dish very much, but I’m happy to report that I enjoyed it quite a bit. Of course my husband was over the moon and he finished most of the leftovers. It was super easy to make, budget friendly and it transformed the “what am I going to do with this stuff” I had in my fridge so there wasn’t any wasted food. Top notch. Give it a try even if you’re not a huge fan of cabbage. The potatoes really helped smooth out the flavor of the cabbage.
