    I improvised pre cooked the brown rice that I had, added minced garlic and fresh carrots with the onions, and used frozen broccoli and green beans. I have picky kids and they got seconds. Definitely a hit at my house...oh and added some salt with each step especially since I wasn’t using chicken broth
