- 2 cups cooked rice (I used brown rice)
- 2 cups chicken (chopped cooked, or veggies)
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots (or chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. gluten (to taste, I use a mix of coconut & soy aminos, but feel free to sub your fav gluten-free soy sauce)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup peas (I use frozen)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or butter)
- 1 tsp. ghee (or butter, for scrambling eggs)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- sesame seeds (to garnish, optional)
