This was my first attempt at making enchiladas and I also used a homemade recipe for the sauce as I do not want to use soy oils that are in the commercial brands. These were fabulous!

Great guide to the concept—how much what kind of ingredients put together in what order and cooked how long — had to improvise and it was yum
