- 30 oz. dried beans
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 whole lemon
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (to start)
- 1/4 cup water (to start)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)
- 3 cups bread flour (or all-purpose, I prefer to use King Arthur Flour, but you can use whatever you like, you will also need extra flour for dusting, etc.)
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. instant yeast
- 2 tsp. kosher salt (or sea salt)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup water (plus a little more as needed)
