Aloo gobi is still my favorite way to eat cauliflower, but this is a close second after eating it one time. So savory and good!

Not as crunchy as I had hoped
Perhaps I should have fried it longer

We liked it. It did not look like the picture, though. The recipe called for corn starch but in the directions it said flour. Without any liquid coating, it wasn't able to develop a fried look and taste, but it was still good. I added the za'atar before and after cooking for more flavor.
