- 2 slices bread (soft, white or wheat works, torn into pieces)
- 1/4 cup milk (I used skim)
- 1 lb. 85% lean ground beef
- 1 lb. bratwurst (removed from its casing, I used Johnsonville)
- 2 cups cooked rice
