- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 oz., thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese (or low-fat cottage cheese)
- 1 eggs (slightly beaten or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded, about 3 oz.)
- 8 oz. shell pasta (cooked and drained)
- 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce OR Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., or Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese; set aside.
- In another large bowl, thoroughly combine pasta and 2-1/2 cups Pasta Sauce; set aside.
- In 11 x 7-inch baking dish, evenly spread 1/2 of the pasta mixture. Evenly top with spinach mixture, then remaining pasta mixture. Top with remaining Sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
