- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt (optional - helps thicken but can omit for paleo/vegan)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or extract)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (choice, maple syrup, honey, agave, liquid stevia, etc.)
- 1 avocado (ripe, about 150 grams)
- 1/2 banana (about 50 grams)
- 1/3 cup nut milk (unsweetened vanilla, choice)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 lb. guava (chopped, about 700 grams)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 lb. strawberries (hulled)
