- 4 egg whites
- 250 grams unsalted butter (softened, in tbsp pieces)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp. salted caramel
- chocolate ganache
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 200 mL cream (thickened)
