- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (optional; omit with sweetened protein powder)
- 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate flavored)
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (this mix is my favorite)
