  • 1 can refried beans (I used canned refried pinto beans from Sprouts, but you can use retired black beans if you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños (sliced)
  • 1 pound ground beef (browned)
  • 1 package taco seasoning (I made my own using this recipe.)
  • 1 jar salsa (I made my own using this recipe.)
  • 8 ounces guacamole
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cheese (your favorite, grated - I used colby jack, but cheddar or pepper jack would also be delicious.)
  • 4 ounces sliced black olives
  • 1/2 bunch green onion (sliced greens only)
