- 800 grams Chinese wheat noodles (fresh thin, see note)
- 2 cucumbers (small Lebanese, halved lengthways, seeded, cut into thin batons)
- 80 mL condiment (hot pepper, see note, 1/3 cup)
- 1 cup coriander leaves (firmly packed)
