- 3/4 cup whipping cream

- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a small saucepan combine 3/4 cup whipping cream, 2 tablespoons honey, and lavender. Warm over medium heat until it begins to steam, about 10 minutes. Chill about 30 minutes or until cooled completely.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in the center of flour mixture; set aside.
- Whisk egg into cooled cream mixture. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Using a fork, stir just until moistened.
