- 1 tsp. salt (and pepper to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. flour (or matzo meal)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 cups potatoes (white, measured after grating. I use either Yukon gold or small red potatoes.)
- 1/2 cup oil (– Don’t be afraid of this much, . After frying at a high temperature, I still had about half of it left.)
